Saina Nehwal brings one more trophy home after winning the Thailand Open Grand Prix Gold badminton tournament.

Bangkok. India's very own Saina Nehwal has won the Thailand Open Grand Prix Gold title by beating Thailand's Ratchanok Inthanon in the final of the event in Bangkok today. The world number five player beat Inthanon 19-21, 21-15, 21-10 to claim her second title of the year. She won the Swiss Open earlier in March.

Saina had lost to Inthanon, ranked 11th in the world, in the Sudirman Cup last year.

The win is surely going to give a big boost to the 22 year old's Olympics preparation.
