MindTree collaborates with Aspiring Minds to locate top quality talent nationally.

New Delhi. MindTree Limited, a global IT services and product engineering services company, is scouting for engineering talent across Tier-1, Tier-2, Tier-3 colleges and cities.

The company will use an adaptive assessment tool (AMCAT) from Aspiring Minds, an employability solutions firm, to standardise their hiring procedure. Using AMCAT candidates will be assessed on language, aptitude and functional skills. The shortlisted candidates will then be interviewed and once selected, will be offered appropriate roles within MindTree.

“We believe that there is a large pool of untapped talent in Tier-2 and 3 cities which are not currently being tapped by large organisations” said Parthasarathy N. S., Chief Operating Officer, MindTree Limited. “We look forward to work with Aspiring Minds to streamline our campus hiring process and provide an equal opportunity to all deserving students.”

AMCAT from Aspiring Minds is a suite of adaptive language, aptitude and domain evaluations tool. The tool uses nationally benchmarked and standardised assessment modules ensure reliable evaluation and strong differentiation between trainable and unemployable talent. AMCAT has been leveraged successfully across the IT arena to hire fresh talent for software engineering, software testing, IT infrastructure management and for a variety of lateral roles.
